Travel Ass was built on a simple idea: travel should feel personal.
We are a husband and wife team, Divan and Vanessa, working closely together to design and guide each journey.
As qualified guides with nearly a decade of experience in the tourism industry,
we bring both knowledge and care to every trip we create.
We focus on tailor-made journeys and small group tours, taking the time to understand each client and what matters most to them. Many of our trips are personally guided by us, ensuring consistency, attention to detail,
and a hands-on approach throughout.

Our Story
Travel Ass began through years of hands-on experience in the tourism industry.
Working closely with travellers from around the world, we saw both the highlights and the gaps — incredible destinations, but often paired with journeys that felt rushed, impersonal, or disconnected. Through guiding, planning, and hosting, we came to understand what truly makes a trip memorable: time, care, and a genuine connection to the experience.
Travel Ass grew from that idea: to create journeys where nothing feels generic, where clients feel supported throughout, and where every detail has purpose. It is a continuation of the work we have been doing for years, brought together into something that is fully our own.

Our name is inspired by the donkey—our favourite animal, and one of the most humble, reliable, and historically important travel companions. For centuries, donkeys have carried travelers across difficult terrain with patience, resilience, and trustworthiness.
At Travel Ass, we embody those same values. We believe in dependable service, grounded experiences, and caring for our clients every step of the journey. Like the donkey, we are steady, loyal, and dedicated to making travel feel personal, authentic, and effortless.
